We conduct research and analysis, using diverse methodologies, on systemic and operational issues our partners want to address, synthesizing findings and recommendations into reports and presentations.

5. Quality Assurance

We create accountability structures and processes that reflect the culture, values, and practices of our partners—connecting governance, practice, and outcomes to strengthen service quality.

6. Strategic Planning

We provide strategic planning and ongoing support to help our partners achieve their long-term goals, ranging from clarifying organizational foundations to developing actionable roadmaps and navigating implementation challenges.

Hourly Rates

Our hourly rates offer flexibility for clients needing specific services on an as-needed basis. Pay only for the time spent on your project, ensuring cost-efficiency and precision.

Project Pricing

With project-based pricing, you receive a comprehensive quote for your entire project. This option provides clear expectations and allows for thorough planning and budgeting.

Sliding Scale

Our sliding scale pricing adjusts based on your organization’s size and budget. This ensures our services remain accessible and affordable for all clients, regardless of financial capacity.

Representative for Children & Youth (RCY)

Contributed to the RCY report Don’t Look Away co-designing and facilitating focus groups, conducting research, and analyzing literature.

Indigenous Child & Family Services Directors Our Children Our Way Society (OCOW)

Supported OCOW in joint action planning related to the RCY report A Parent’s Responsibility, supporting implementation of the collaborative agreement and action plan.

Cowichan Tribes

Worked alongside Stsi’elh Stuhw Tu Smun’eem executives to co-develop their practice framework, policies, and processes in support of implementing Snuw’uy’ulhtst tu Quw’utsun Mustimuhw u’ tu.

We operate with deep gratitude and respect, as uninvited guests on the unceded traditional territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh, and Səl̓ílwətaʔɬ/ Sel̓ílwitulh Nations.
